1. Website Visit and Hosting

You can visit our website without entering personal information. This is done via Logic4 and possibly Cloudflare as a Content Delivery Network (CDN). This data is used solely for functional and security purposes and is deleted after a maximum of seven days.


2. Hosting

Our website is hosted by Logic4. This party processes data on behalf of Gorilla Wear, exclusively within the EU. Technical data may be transferred to third-party servers to improve performance or ensure security, such as through Cloudflare.


3. Data Processing for Orders and Customer Communication


3.1 Orders and Contract Fulfillment

To process orders, we collect personal data such as name, address, email address, phone number, and payment information under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (necessary for contract performance).


3.2 Payments

We work with MultiSafePay and PayPal to process payments. These payment providers receive only the information necessary to complete the transaction. Their respective privacy policies apply.


3.3 Newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter via Copernica, we use your email address to periodically inform you about promotions and products. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in each newsletter or by emailing info@gorillawear.com.


3.4 Customer Contact

If you contact us via email or a contact form, we use your data solely to respond to your inquiry. Once resolved, your data is deleted unless a legal retention obligation applies.


4. Review Requests via Trusted Shops

We use Trusted Shops to send review requests by email. After a purchase, your email address may be shared with Trusted Shops to request a review. This is done based on legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can opt out via the unsubscribe link or our contact form.
