- Products must not have been washed or used.
- Products must not carry any perfume or deodorant scents.
- Products must not have been worn, except for fitting purposes.
- Items must have been ordered from the official Gorilla Wear website (resellers may have different return policies).
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

2. Enter your postal code and Track & Trace number or order number.
3. Follow a few simple steps to complete your return or exchange request.

Items Not Eligible for Return
Please note that certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons, such as underwear, face masks, and socks. Additionally, during discounts or special events, different return conditions may apply.
A return package is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we strongly recommend using a delivery service that provides insurance for your package.
